Sales Support
We are Seeking
As the business is continuously growing, we are expanding and looking for experienced Sales Support. This role is critical to our future business plans to assist our Business Development Manager and Sales team.
Key Responsibilities
-
Working closely with a variety of clients providing timely sales support to meet their needs, confirming and expediting client requirements
-
Exemplary communication skills – both face to face and over the telephone
-
Set appointments using a group calendar while having regard to the Business Development Managers availability and travel times; and
-
Developing fee and pricing proposals for a variety of clients in accordance with the agreed methodology and pricing structures.

Carry out sales forecasts and analysis and present your findings to your manager.

Communicate with customers logging issues that arise with the Customer Service Manager

Data entry into the cloud-based CRM and database including job data and electronic filing of associated documents;

Send Prospect emails and follow-up

Demonstrated success in delivering against sales targets;

Dynamic and engaging manner over the phone with the ability to attract prospective customers;

Highly developed administrational skills, including ability to manage customer records within a customer relationship management system.

Travel
May be required to travel to client sites and or other Silver Asset Services office locations from time to time.
