Business Development Manager

We are Seeking

As the business is continuously growing, we are expanding and looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to build and maintain relationships with existing and also prospective customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with all stakeholders including committees, building managers, field contractors, suppliers, community managers and lot owners as required.

  • Where required attend body corporate meetings - keeping record of meeting minutes in the body corporate portal around any discussions for SAS products and services

  • Respond to committee queries in a timely manner

  • Develop fee and pricing proposals for a variety of clients in accordance with the agreed methodology and pricing structures

  • Develop strong working relationships with all Silver Asset Services departments.

  • Ensure all verbal and written communication is always of a high professional standard.

  • Ensuring service delivery standards are met and maintained in line with company defined objectives 

  • Industry knowledge development – webinar & seminar to join, industry events

  • Provide reporting and feedback to Management

Key Result Areas

Committee

  • Ensure all committee enquiries have been responded and resolved within required time frame 

  • Attend conference and events where appropriate

  • Maintain a good relationship with Committees, Body Corp & related parties and attend all the AGM etc

  • Maintain all current contracts to be renewed before the due date


New Business Development 

  • Contact potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings

  • Assist to establish & grow prospective customer pipeline

  • Work with operations team to prospect, onboard, maintain relationship with all potential and existing clients.
